How big is a wooden ring box?

The square, heart and three-slot boxes share one footprint, 2.16 inches each way and 1.6 inches tall. The double wedding ring box is longer, just under four inches, with the two rings side by side.

One slot or two?

One slot shows a single engagement ring. Two slots hold a pair of wedding bands side by side, and the three-slot box takes a bridal set in one box.

Should you keep a silver ring in the wooden box?

For the day, yes. For months, move it. Conservators advise against wood near silver kept for a long time, so a closed tray without wood is the better home afterward. Our velvet box care page names the source.
